How do I book a trip?+
Browse trips on our Explore page, select your preferred trip, choose a date, and complete the booking form. Payment is required to confirm your spot.
Can I book for multiple people?+
Yes! During checkout you can specify the number of travelers. Each person will need to provide their details before the trip.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Go to My Bookings in your dashboard, select the booking, and click "Cancel Booking". Refunds are based on our cancellation policy (14+ days = full refund, 7-14 days = 50%, less than 7 days = no refund).
What happens if a trip is cancelled by the host?+
You will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. We will also help you find an alternative trip if available.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit cards, debit cards, bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
How long do refunds take?+
Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days. Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad): 3-5 business days. Bank transfers: 7-14 business days.

How do I create an account?+
Click "Login" in the navigation bar and follow the registration process. You can sign up with your phone number or email.
I forgot my password. What do I do?+
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email or phone number. We will send you a reset link or OTP.
How do I update my profile?+
Log in and go to My Profile from your dashboard. You can update your name, photo, email, and phone number.

What is included in a trip package?+
Each trip listing details what is included (transport, accommodation, meals, activities). Check the "What's Included" section on any trip page.
Are trips safe?+
All hosts are verified and trips are reviewed by our team. We also provide safety guidelines and emergency contacts for every trip.
Can I join a trip solo?+
Absolutely! Group trips are designed for solo travelers to meet new people. Many of our travelers join trips alone and leave with new friends.
