By accessing and using Tripzic ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To book a trip or become a host, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or misuse of the platform. Tripzic reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings made through Tripzic are subject to availability and confirmation by the host. Tripzic acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance of hosts or guests.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before the trip commences. We accept credit cards, debit cards, mobile banking, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 14+ days before trip: Full refund
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before trip: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their trips and packages
  • Ensuring all activities are safe and legal
  • Treating all guests with respect and professionalism
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Responding to guest inquiries promptly
  • Complying with all local laws and regulations

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information during booking
  • Follow the host's rules and guidelines
  • Treat the destination and local communities with respect
  • Not engage in illegal or harmful activities
  • Respect the rights and safety of other guests
  • Pay all fees and charges as agreed

6. Limitation of Liability

Tripzic is provided on an"as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripzic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Tripzic, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tripzic or its content providers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Tripzic is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. Modifications

Tripzic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
